Head HR

About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Head – HR with strong expertise in the real estate industry, proven HR leadership capabilities, and in-depth knowledge of talent acquisition, employee relations, statutory compliance, labour laws, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall HR function across corporate offices, projects, sales teams, and site operations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and business growth.
• Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition for corporate, project, sales, and site-level positions.
• Manage payroll, compensation and benefits, and HR operations.
• Ensure statutory compliance, labour law compliance, audits, and contractor workforce management.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Lead manpower planning, succession planning, and organizational development.
• Drive HR automation, digital HR systems, and process improvements.
• Partner with senior management to support business objectives and workforce planning.

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA/PGDM in HR or an equivalent qualification.
• 20–25 years of HR experience, exclusively in the Real Estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of real estate HR operations, labour laws, statutory compliance, and workforce management.
• Proven experience in leading HR teams across corporate offices and project sites.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
