So, I started looking for a new house and one of my friends who is already residing in Saya Zion by Saya Homes recommended me to purchase a flat at his apartment. After checking every aspect including the society, amenities, and nearby locations, I finally booked a flat in Saya Zion. The society is peaceful, apartments have good amenities, spacious and high-end security. I am glad to invest here.
I recently moved to Saya Gold Avenue, and its Flats are spacious. The quality of the construction is quite strong, and the amenities added, especially the bathroom essentials are branded ones. But too far from the city if you're travelling to the office. Other park areas are cool and empty, good for walking and jogging. Overall, the project is good for return-on-investment purposes.
I stay here at Saya Gold Avenue with my family, and I like the overall environment. Many flats are still empty, but we receive all amenities. Also, the security is great here. Also, amenities are available like school, cricket ground, basketball, playground for kids, etc. It is close by to Shipra Mall which is great. Also, it is close to my office. Overall, the project is worth investing in.
After five months of residence, Saya Zenith feels like the best luxurious place to stay. We have access to facilities and good safety. It also offers good returns on our investment. I'm happy to have bought an apartment here.
